Phillip Woolley is a partner leading Grant Thornton UK's Insight and Analytics practice. The team support clients in extracting value from their own and external data sources and providing market leading insight on customers and place. The team consists of data scientists, developers, financial modellers, economists and researchers supporting clients in a range of sectors.

 

Phil has a particular specialization in public services, economic development and local government. In 2014 he led the launch of the Place Analytics service, he also led the development and launch of CFO Insights in partnership with the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy.

 

Clients and users of Grant Thornton's Insight and Analytics services include the European Commission, the National Infrastructure commission, numerous local authorities, developers and housebuilders, retail organisations and UK government.
